Franklin: So, there was this wild police chase the other night. A 35-year-old guy got himself into a heap of trouble after he took off from the cops. It all started when a police officer noticed a car with a fake registration tag at a travel center.

The officer decided to follow him onto the interstate. But as soon as the driver realized he was being pulled over, he hit the gas and sped off. He eventually got off the highway but crashed into a pole at an intersection.

After the crash, the guy jumped out and tried to run away on foot. But Springboro police were quick on his tail and caught him behind a nearby building. They took him in, and he even had to go to the hospital just to be safe.

Turns out, this wasn’t his first run-in with the law. He was already on parole for a previous chase in Harrison Township. Thankfully, no one got hurt during this whole ordeal. The man, identified as Stephen Reynolds, is now facing some serious charges and has a hefty bond set. News Center 7 is keeping an eye on this story as it develops.
