The plug-ins do special tasks for different teams in a company. For example, they can write marketing content, check legal documents for risks, or answer customer questions. Businesses can tell the plug-ins how they want work done and what tools to use.
Enterprise users can make their own custom plug-ins or change the ones from Anthropic. The plug-ins are easy to build and use, even without tech skills. They work in writing, data analysis, and sales.
The more you use the plug-ins, the better they learn your company’s way of working. Right now they save to your machine, but soon you can share them with your whole team. The plug-ins are available to paying Claude customers now.
