EverNitro Makes Crafting Silky Nitro Coffee Easy at CES 2026

EverNitro debuted at CES 2026, offering a simple way to make delicious nitro coffee without traditional cartridges.

New York: XBrew Lab showed off its neat nitro coffee machine called EverNitro at CES this week. This machine helps people enjoy nitro coffee easily without wasting money or materials. Nitro coffee is cold brew coffee mixed with nitrogen gas. The nitrogen makes tiny bubbles, which gives it a smooth and sweet taste, almost like Guinness beer. People often say it tastes less bitter than regular coffee.

EverNitro aims to be a better choice than other brands like NitroBrew. It is a more affordable all-in-one tool, according to the founder, Terry Tan. He says, “We offer the quality of a commercial tap with the space of a coffee maker. While others sell you gas, we give you technology to harvest it for free.”

The company says EverNitro can make 95% pure nitrogen. It can take nitrogen from the air, so you don’t need single-use gas cartridges anymore. This makes it better for the environment and cheaper for people to use at home.

After trying it, we found it easy to use. The machine fits on a kitchen counter or shelf, and it can make coffee, cocktails, or other drinks. You can choose the pressure from 0 to 8 BAR, which helps control how the drink turns out. From start to finish, it just takes a few minutes to make a drink. There is also an app that gives you updates.

EverNitro began on Kickstarter in October and raised more than $570,000. This shows many people are excited about it, even if the price is high. The Lite version costs $470 and comes with the machine and one canister. Backers can get it for $290. The Pro version costs $583 or $337 for backers. It includes two canisters, a jar to keep coffee beans fresh, and whipped cream kits. In comparison, NitroBrew’s follow-up product costs around $1,000.

Looking to the future, Tan shared that the team wants to explore how gases can improve the texture of all drinks, not just coffee. They imagine a machine that can mix cocktails or brew coffee while smartly selecting the right gas to make drinks feel better.
