Lizn Hearpieces Review: Affordable but Uncomfortable Hearing Aids

City: The company Lizn is known for its Hearpieces, which mix hearing aids with earbuds. Founded in 2015, Lizn struggled to create its first product but kept trying. Finally, four years later, they released Hearpieces in the US.

The design of these Hearpieces looks different from traditional hearing aids. They have a round shape and might stand out if you choose bright colors. Weighing 4.58 grams, they are heavier than many others, including some popular brands. They come with four ear tip sizes, and the medium tips fit me well.

However, the main problem isn’t just fitting the tip into your ear. It’s how to place the whole device in the ear canal. My ears felt tight, making it tough to get the Hearpieces in. The size meant I had to push pretty hard, and this felt uncomfortable after a while. Plus, since the Hearpieces have no buttons, you must tap them to control functions. This made it even harder and more painful to use the devices.
