Pebble Launches New Pebble Round 2 Smartwatch with Sleek Design and Great Features
Pebble is back with the Pebble Round 2, a stylish smartwatch that focuses on simple features and long battery life at an affordable price.
The Pebble Round 2 is more basic than other smartwatches because it just tracks steps and sleep. It does not have a heart rate monitor or any special features for fitness. One good thing about it is that the battery lasts for 10 to 14 days without needing a charge.
The watch is pretty thin, measuring only 8.1mm thick. Pebble’s founder, Eric Migicovsky, mentioned that they improved the design of the screen to make it easier to read. It has a bigger touchscreen that is 1.3 inches and shows colors clearly.
It also has buttons on the side, which help you use the watch without looking down. For example, you can ignore a call during a meeting by pressing a button. The watch is made of stainless steel and comes with a nice silicone band.
Customers can choose from three colors, each with different band sizes. The Pebble Round 2 can run lots of apps and has cool features planned for the future, including AI tools. People can preorder it starting January 2, and it will ship in May. If someone ordered a different Pebble watch, they can switch to the new Round 2 if they want.
