Teens Are Using AI Fueled Slander Pages to Mock Their Teachers

Students are using AI tools to create viral videos mocking teachers, with some crossing into harassment and harassment and extremist symbols.

Technology

Crandall High School: Students at schools like Crandall High School in Texas are making jokes using AI to make videos about teachers.

Some videos use AI tools that change pictures into moving images. These tools let students put teacher faces on different bodies and make them move. The students post these videos on TikTok and Instagram.

But some videos are becoming meaner than jokes. Students have put teacher faces on seizure videos and wrote about drugs. They also use words from websites where people talk about making men look better. Words like “mog” (when one person looks better than another) and “sub5” (very ugly) are common.

Some videos use bad symbols too. Students created a fake world I talked about before but won’t mention here because it makes some people feel bad. They showed teachers as getting into this world or not getting in, using glowing eyes or red eyes.

At Crandall High School, the problem got so big that people who don’t even go to the school started making mean videos about the teachers. For about five seconds, we had “viral” teachers, those with lots of followers making videos.

The person who made the most popular Crandall account said sorry because other people were calling teachers and sending them mean messages. They said they were just joking but things got too serious. They deleted the account, but it came back later before shutting down completely.
