A man faces multiple charges after allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a hotel in York County, according to police reports.
It all started when the girl’s mom called 911 because her daughter had gone missing from their hotel room. When the police arrived, they found the girl outside, looking upset and smoking a cigarette.
After talking to her, the teen revealed that she had been with a man in the hotel. The officers then went to find Flores Perdomo, who was identified through his immigration documents.
There was a bit of a language barrier, so they brought in a Spanish-speaking officer to help with the questioning. Flores Perdomo claimed he met the girl when he was coming back from a store and that she told him she was 19.
He admitted they had sex after she came to his room. Now, he’s being held in jail with a hefty bail set at $50,000. This is a pretty serious situation, and it’s still unfolding.
