The beloved Bull and Oyster Roast is back at Hagerstown Community College on February 23, promising a day of fun and delicious food.
Hagerstown: The Rotary Club Bull and Oyster Roast is making a comeback on February 23. It’s a big deal around here, with five local Rotary Clubs teaming up for this event.
It’s happening at Hagerstown Community College from noon to 5 p.m. You can expect a feast with fresh Chesapeake oysters, fried oysters, and a buffet from Leiter’s Fine Catering. Yum!
They’ll have crab soup, top round of beef, sausage sizzlers, fried chicken, cole slaw, potato salad, a cheese tray, and cookies. Plus, there will be beer, wine, and soft drinks to wash it all down.
But it’s not just about the food. There will be poker tables, blackjack, and other games of chance, along with a silent auction. Sounds like a blast!
Organizers are inviting everyone—friends and businesses alike—to join in for a fun-filled day. You can grab your tickets online at their website.
If you have questions, reach out to Jerry Spessard, the chairman, at 301-491-4002. He’s the go-to guy for info.
This Bull and Oyster Roast has been a community tradition for over 20 years. It’s a great way to socialize and support local initiatives.
