Phoenix: Last week, a tragic hit-and-run incident took place in Phoenix, and it’s been a big deal. Authorities worked hard to track down the suspect.

They’ve identified him as 38-year-old Miguel Preciado Jr. He’s accused of hitting Ethan Jaaziel Felix with his car and then just driving off. So sad!

Felix, who was 35, was found with serious injuries and sadly passed away at the hospital. His family is heartbroken, especially since he leaves behind five kids.

Police say Preciado intentionally struck Felix on Friday evening. The incident happened near 16th Street and Thomas Road, which is a busy area.

Fast forward to Monday, and the Pima County Sheriff’s Department helped find Preciado’s car in a desert area outside Tucson. They didn’t stop there; they also found him a few miles away and arrested him without any fuss.

Now, he’s facing some serious charges, including first-degree murder, and is booked in Maricopa County jail. It’s a tough situation for everyone involved.
